Recently, Jeremy Allaire, co-founder of Circle\u2014the firm behind USDC, the world\u2019s second-largest stablecoin\u2014called for stablecoin issuers worldwide to register with U.S. authorities. Additionally, discussions surrounding a potential U.S. strategic Bitcoin reserve have been gaining traction.
